The Associate Director OR Director of Corporate Sponsorships and Foundation Relations has primary responsibility to raise significant, substantial philanthropic support for UIS' mission and goals. These goals are often aligned with UIS capital or comprehensive campaigns and are implemented through the University's colleges, schools, and other academic and nonacademic units. This representative plans strategies and actively seeks support for the benefit of the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). The role's emphasis is on identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of different corporate sponsors and Foundations. Associate Director of Stewardship

This position will share key strategizing and leadership responsibilities, where success is achieved by working collaboratively with centralized and decentralized fundraising teams and using data, paired with creativity, to effectively make decisions. To do this, it will be important to

Assistant Director of Donor Relations

Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, the Assistant Director of Donor Relations is a key member of the Donor Relations team. The Assistant Director of Donor Relations is responsible for writing and producing a portfolio of donor reports, personalized acknowledgments, and other communications that communicate the impact of philanthropic support to encourage and inspire School engagement and continued support. This includes managing graduate student donor reporting, writing undergraduate scholarship reports, and reports for undergraduate research and internships. The position involves contact and collaboration with development staff, faculty, administrators, and students at Penn Arts & Sciences.

Donor Engagement Writer

The Assistant Vice President of Donor Relations and Advancement Services serves as a member of advancement executive leadership team, creating and implementing strategies that will enhance the Universities fundraising and engagement efforts.

The AVP will oversee all programs and units within the Donor Relations and Advancement Services team at UNT, including donor relations, advancement services (data administration, analysis, business intelligence, and gift administration), and lifelong learning and community engagement activities. The AVP participates in planning, strategic direction, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities related to the university's development goals and campaign initiatives.

The AVP will be responsible for driving efficient business practices, delivering critical data intelligence to optimize all aspects of the advancement team’s efforts, strengthening donor retention and community engagement through programs and communications, and engage campus partners in developing a culture of philanthropy.

The AVP maintains UNT Policy related to university advancement, coordinates Public Information Requests (PIR), coordinates the SACS accreditation process, manages all UNT System Board of Regents Board Order submissions related to university advancement, manages gift acceptance and review including the gift documentation processes, is responsible for the timely submission of all official fundraising reports to IEP, VSE< USNWR, CAE and other reports requested by the President and the UNT System Board of Regents. The AVP manages the executive director of advancement services who oversees Advancement’s development database system (Blackbaud NXT).

Senior Manager of Health Care Donor Engagement
