Jan McGuire brings nearly 30 years of client relations and customer service expertise to the DRG Group. From her early days as a corporate meeting planner to her work in alumni affairs and later sales, Jan was drawn to the field of donor relations as the perfect home for her skillset. From fund audits to impact reports and on-site event management to strategic planning and implementation, Jan's career experience lends itself to being the versatile utility player for the DRG Group team.

Jan enjoys the hands-on work of assisting our clients in meeting and exceeding their goals, including helping to fulfill their offices' day-to-day needs, taking the lead on special projects and initiatives, and almost everything in between.

The art and science of donor relations – or, as Jan would say, the use of left-brain and right-brain skills - appeals to her strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and abilities to implement new programs and improve processes. Drawing on her strengths - Maximizer, Individualization, Relator, and Deliberative- Jan delights in helping teams make the most of their individual talents to reach cohesive success and provide quality experiences and services to donors.
