Chief Marketing Officer
The Donor Relations Group
Ashley has been a member of DRG since 2014 and serves as the Chief Marketing Officer responsible for all digital sales, marketing, and communications, web design and management, and partnership opportunities.
Ashley is a passionate storyteller who loves finding new and innovative ways to connect with donors and audiences. Ashley’s role allows her to combine her love of marketing and communications with her passion for helping nonprofits - creating a perfect storm of professional bliss.
Long before she worked for DRG, Ashley fell in love with Lynne’s philosophy after hearing her speak at a conference and started applying DRG principles to her work at Wofford College, and later at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
Ashley started her career working as the Communications Coordinator for Alumni and Annual Giving at Wofford. There, she spearheaded the communications strategy for the college’s very first giving day. Their record-breaking results garnered the college regional and national recognition. Soon after, Ashley was asked to join Wofford’s admission office and lead the creation of a new suite of marketing and communications materials for prospective students. During her time there, the college received a record number of applications and her vision helped direct the creative strategy for future admission projects.
After accepting a position as a Senior Communications Specialist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Ashley and her family relocated to the Cincinnati area. As a senior writer, editor, and project manager for philanthropic communications, Ashley crafted stewardship reports and proposals for major gifts, stories for donor publications, and collateral for the medical center's signature events. She also served as an editor for the medical center's donor magazine.

Ashley graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications and a deep-rooted love for the Kentucky Wildcats. She and her family currently live in the Cincinnati area.
